Bayern Munich’s fire melts Kiev’s snow

Bayern Munich returned with a 2-1 win over Dynamo Kiev in the fifth round of the group stage of the Champions League matches on Tuesday

Polish star Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring with a goal and no more beautiful than a superb scissors kick (14), then Frenchman Kingsley Koeman added the second goal (42), while Dynamo Kiev’s only goal was Denys Harmash (70). The Bavarian’s raised their toll to 15 points with five wins from five rounds and secured his first qualifying spot against Barcelona, Benfica, and Dynamo. The Bavarians scored after a quarter of an hour after the start of the game, they were completely in control despite the snow that covered the pitch, when the Polish rose to a wonderful kick in which he took advantage of the defence and stuck the ball into the net to of Dynamo’s goalkeeper, who failed to stop it.

Lewandowski has scored in nine consecutive games for the second time in his Champions League career after the first series between September 2019 and August 2020. Koeman boosted Bayern’s lead, taking a pass from Frenchman Tolisso and hitting a powerful ball from inside the area in the roof of the goal (42).

Dynamo Kiev tried to return to the game with a goal and the first in the tournament, in the 70th minute with a shot from Harmash, but it was not enough, although the chance to equalize twice from two mistakes of the giant keeper Manuel Neuer.
