Paris Saint-Germain has announced a new collaboration with online shoe brand GOAT, which will serve as its principal shirt sleeve sponsor.
GOAT has secured a multi-year partnership with PSG as an official partner, and their logo will be imprinted on club apparel, including training, warm-up, and matchday jerseys, beginning July 1, 2022.
The firm has approximately 40 million online users from 170 countries, and this contract with PSG might bring them a lot of attention in terms of branding and sales.
Lionel Messi, frequently referred to as ‘the best of all time’ or ‘the GOAT,’ can be seen in an announcement film showing off this new sleeve design with colleagues Neymar, Marco Verratti, Georginio Wijnaldum, and Achraf Hakimi.
Marc Armstrong, GOAT’s chief partnerships officer, met with PSG’s official channels to explore the transaction.
“We are thrilled to have GOAT join the Paris Saint-Germain family.” “With this collaboration, GOAT joins a select group of club partners that appear on our iconic jerseys,” he stated.
“GOAT is the best club partner.” It strengthens our status as a sporting and fashion icon with supporters all around the globe. We will collaborate to create innovative and unique events that will please fans worldwide.”
“Paris Saint-Germain is one of the most prominent clubs in the world, and we are happy to work with them to continue developing our worldwide community,” said Eddy Lu, co-founder, and CEO of the GOAT group.
“By combining two great lifestyle brands, we want to connect and activate communities of athletes, creatives, and fans all across the globe.” This relationship plays to each other’s strengths, with novel partnerships in the next months and years.”
