Liverpool secured a 4-0 win over Arsenal on Saturday in the 12th stage of the English Premier League at the Anfield

German coach Jürgen Klopp’s team regained their balance following the 2-3 loss to West Ham, their first in all competitions.

After Arsenal started the season disastrously by losing their first three matches, including a humiliating fall to manchester city with a clean five in August, voices rose to demand the dismissal of Spanish coach Mikael Arteta, the latter succeeded in putting his team on the right track, by winning six games and drawing two since falling to the citizens.

but Liverpool stopped his run on Saturday after sweeping him in a match that ended for “reds”. In the first half, Senegalese Sadio Mane opened the score with a header after a free-kick by Trent Alexander-Arnold, raising his tally to 7 goals in the league, before they continued their troll in the second half with a triple, it was scored by Portugal’s Diogo Jota (52) and then Egyptian Mohamed salah after a pass from manet (73) to strengthen his lead in the scorers’ standings with 11 goals, and finally Japanese substitute Takumi Minamino after a pass from Trent Alexander-Arnold (77).

Liverpool increased their tally to 25 points in second place temporarily, while arsenal’s tally was frozen at 20 in fifth place.
