Monaco regains balance as a positive draw settles Marseille and Lille match

Monaco regained their balance with a big victory over Clermont with a clean four in the 21st round of the French League.

Sofiane Diop opened the scoring in the second minute of stoppage time in the first half and Wissam Ben Yeder doubled the score in the 55th minute, and then the same player returned seven minutes later and added the third goal from the penalty spot before Brazilian Caio Henrique scored the fourth goal in the 83rd minute.

Marseille’s match against Lille ended in a 1-1 draw on Sunday in the same round.

Dutchman Sven Botman opened the scoring for the visitors in the 15th minute and Turkish Cengiz Under equalized for the hosts in the 75th minute.
