Rangers eliminate Dortmund from Europa League
Scottish Rangers eliminated host Borussia Dortmund of the Europa League on Thursday in a resounding surprise.
Glasgow Rangers reached the next round of the Europa League competition by imposing a draw at home to Borussia Dortmund (2-2).
Rangers qualified with a 6-4 on aggregate after the first match ended 4-2.
Both goals were scored by James Tavernier (22 from the penalty spot + 57).
England’s Jude Bellingham (31) and Dutchman Donyell Malen (42) both scored goals for the German team.
